Sunkenhip dips unevenpelvis

If you have hip dips or uneven pelvic lines,
it is often a concern because the lines do not look pretty and your legs look short no matter what clothes you wear.

TANG:GLE PLASTIC SURGERY

(Hip dips)

Why do hip dips occur?

3D medical anatomical rendering of a female pelvis — A frontal view showing the lumbar spine, sacrum, left and right ilium, pubis, and both hip joints (femoral head and upper femur) revealed in ivory bone, overlaid with a translucent apricot-colored silhouette of the hips and thighs. The areas where hip dips occur on both sides are marked with orange dotted circles.

Because there is an empty space between the femur and the pelvis, hip dips can naturally occur in anyone due to bodily anatomy.

However, compared to men, women's pelvises are shorter in height and wider in overall width, making hip dips appear more prominent than in men.

With over 10 years of extensive experience in breast and body contouring surgery, Board-certified Plastic Surgeon and Head Director Oh Chang-hyun analyzes the entire line running from the waist and outer pelvis down to the outer thighs and, through a customized hip-line design & procedure, creates a natural, voluminous rear silhouette.

Hip Dip & Pelvis Filler Why TANG:GLE Plastic Surgery?

Achieving a harmonious hip line with personalized design and procedures tailored to your body type

Rather than simple volume enhancement, we design and perform procedures considering the entire waist-pelvis-thigh line to improve flat, lacking hip lines, creating longer-looking legs and a beautiful back profile.

Use of safe, dedicated body-filler made of 100% hyaluronic acid

By using body-dedicated fillers approved as 100% hyaluronic acid with ingredients harmless to the human body, it boasts high viscosity and elasticity, making large-volume use safe with no sagging or deformation after the procedure.

Injecting optimal volume into appropriate locations

Instead of simply injecting excessively, we inject the optimal volume into areas requiring volume and elasticity to create a natural hip line.

Hip dip pelvic filler capacity How much should I use?

Close-up rear view of a woman's waist, pelvis, and hips standing against a mint-colored background — wearing black leggings with her top rolled up.

The pelvis is an area with a large skeletal frame and significant curves.
The volume of filler used may vary depending on individual body type, the areas needing volume, and the desired results.

While smoothing out slightly uneven lines can be improved with just 30 to 50 cc,
if the hip dips are deep or you desire an overall improvement in the shape of the buttocks,
more than 200 cc of filler may be used.

Sagging hips, is it possible to lift them with fillers alone?

Mild sagging can be addressed with fillers alone,
but depending on the degree of sagging, combining it with a hip-up lifting procedure
can yield even better results.
