How is the surgery performed?

By closely and three-dimensionally analyzing your symptoms, an appropriate surgical method among implant augmentation, breast lift (mastopexy), and breast reduction is selected depending on the degree of breast sagging,
improving sagging breasts through single or combined surgeries.

Mild SaggingImplant Augmentation (Periareolar mastopexy if needed)

In cases of mild sagging, breast augmentation with implants alone can improve the sagging while enhancing breast volume.

The need for breast augmentation is determined based on whether there is sufficient breast volume, and it is a surgical method that corrects sagging at the same time.
After choosing an appropriate incision method according to the shape of the breast, sagging skin is excised through a periareolar incision or vertical incision to improve sagging, and the breast is secured upward. (If the breast tissue is severely sagged, it is pulled up higher and secured.)

If the breast size is sufficient, augmentation is not needed, but if the breast volume is low and there is severe loss of skin elasticity, requiring a large amount of breast skin to be excised, implant augmentation and mastopexy are usually performed at the same time.
In cases of severe sagging, breast sagging is corrected through a vertical or inverted-T (Wise pattern) incision, and appropriate implants are used to shape the size and appearance of the breasts.
