Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to stipulate matters concerning the terms and conditions and procedures for using all services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") provided by this institution on its website.
Article 2 (Definitions)
The terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined as follows:
1. User: A person who receives services provided by this institution in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Use Agreement: A contract entered into between this institution and the user regarding the use of the Service.
3. Subscription (Sign-up): The act of completing the Service Use Agreement by filling in the relevant information in the application form provided by this institution and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
4. Member: A person who has registered as a member by providing the personal information necessary for membership registration on this site.
5. User ID: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the user and approved by this institution for member identification and the member's use of the Service (only one ID can be issued per Resident Registration Number).
6. Password: A combination of letters, numbers, and special characters set by the user themselves to protect the member's information.
7. Termination: An expression of intent by this institution or a member to terminate the Use Agreement after using the Service.
Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms)
If a member does not agree to the amended terms, they may request withdrawal (cancellation) of membership. If they continue to use the Service without expressing refusal even after 7 days from the effective date of the amended terms, they shall be deemed to have agreed to the amendments.
① These Terms and Conditions shall take effect by being posted on the service screen, announcement board, or by other means.
② This institution may amend the contents of these Terms and Conditions when deemed necessary. The amended terms will be announced on the service screen, and if a user continues to use the Service without expressing refusal even after 7 days from the announcement, they shall be deemed to have agreed to the amendments.
③ If a user does not agree to the amended terms, they may stop using the Service and cancel their membership registration. If they continue to use it, they shall be deemed to have agreed to the amendments, and the amended terms shall take effect in the same manner as described in the preceding paragraph.
Article 4 (Applicable Provisions)
Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, and other relevant laws and regulations.
Chapter 2 Service Use Agreement
Article 5 (Establishment of Use Agreement)
The Use Agreement is established upon this institution's acceptance of the user's application for use and the user's consent to the contents of these Terms and Conditions.
Article 6 (Application for Use)
Application for use may be made by the user recording personal identifying information in the registration application form requested by this institution on the service's member information screen.
Article 7 (Acceptance of Application for Use)
① When a member applies for use by accurately filling in all items on the application form, the application for service use will be accepted unless there are special circumstances.
② Acceptance of use may not be granted in any of the following cases:
1. When not applying under one's real name;
2. When applying using another person's name;
3. When the application contains false information;
4. When applying for the purpose of disturbing social peace, order, or public morals;
5. When other application requirements set by this institution are not met.
Article 8 (Changes to Contract Details)
Members must update their information if there are changes to the details provided at the time of application, and the member is responsible for any issues arising from the failure to update.
Chapter 3 Obligations of Contracting Parties
Article 9 (Obligations of the Institution)
This institution shall not disclose or distribute a member's personal information known in connection with the provision of services to a third party without the member's consent. However, this shall not apply when requested by a state agency pursuant to provisions of laws such as the Framework Act on Telecommunications, for criminal investigation purposes, or when requested under procedures prescribed by other relevant laws and regulations.
Article 10 (Obligations of Members)
① Members shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the Service:
1. Improperly using another member's ID;
2. Reproducing, publishing, or providing to a third party information obtained from the Service;
3. Infringing upon the copyright of this institution, the copyright of a third party, or other rights;
4. Distributing contents that violate public order and morals;
5. Acts objectively judged to be linked to a crime;
6. Other acts that violate relevant laws and regulations.
② Members may not conduct business activities using the Service, and this institution shall not be held liable for any results resulting from such business activities.
③ Members may not assign or gift their right to use the Service or other status under the Use Agreement to another person, nor provide it as collateral.
Chapter 4 Service Use
Article 11 (Obligations of Members)
① Members are responsible for managing and maintaining their own email, bulletin boards, registered materials, etc., as necessary.
② Members cannot arbitrarily delete or modify materials provided by this institution.
③ Members shall not register contents on this institution's website that violate public order and morals or infringe upon other rights such as the copyright of a third party. Members are entirely responsible for all consequences arising from posting such contents.
Article 12 (Management and Deletion of Posts)
For efficient service operation, members' memory space, message size, storage period, etc., may be restricted. Posts containing contents falling under any of the following categories may be deleted without prior notice:
1. Contents that defame or slander another member or a third party, damaging their reputation;
2. Contents that violate public order and morals;
3. Contents recognized as being linked to criminal acts;
4. Contents that infringe upon this institution's copyright, a third party's copyright, or other rights;
5. Cases where a member posts obscene materials or links to obscene sites on this institution's website and bulletin boards;
6. Cases deemed to be in violation of other relevant laws and regulations.
Article 13 (Copyright of Posts)
The copyright of a post belongs to the author themselves, and members may not commercially use materials published on the Service, such as processing or selling information obtained using the Service.
Article 14 (Service Hours)
In principle, the Service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there is a particular operational or technical disruption. However, this shall not apply in the event of routine maintenance, etc.
Article 15 (Responsibility for Service Use)
Members shall not engage in acts such as hacking, linking to adult websites, or illegal distribution of commercial software using the Service. This institution shall not be held responsible for the results and losses of business activities, or legal actions taken by relevant authorities arising from violations thereof.
Article 16 (Suspension of Service Provision)
Provision of the Service may be suspended in any of the following cases:
1. When inevitable due to construction, such as maintenance of service facilities;
2. When a telecommunications carrier prescribed in the Telecommunications Business Act suspends telecommunications services;
3. When system inspection is necessary;
4. When there are other force majeure reasons.
Chapter 5 Agreement Termination and Use Restrictions
Article 17 (Agreement Termination and Use Restrictions)
① When a member wishes to terminate the Use Agreement, the member must apply for termination directly via the Internet, and this institution will take action after verifying their identity.
② If a member engages in any of the following acts, this institution must notify the user of its intent at least 30 days prior to taking termination measures and grant them an opportunity to state their opinion:
1. Stealing another person's User ID and Password;
2. Intentionally interfering with service operations;
3. Applying for registration with false information;
4. When the same user registers redundantly under multiple IDs;
5. Distributing content that impairs public order and morals;
6. Engaging in acts that damage the reputation of or cause disadvantages to others;
7. Transmitting massive amounts of information or advertising information for the purpose of disrupting stable operation of the Service;
8. Distributing computer virus programs, etc., that cause malfunction of information and communications facilities or destruction of information;
9. Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of this institution, other members, or third parties;
10. Illegitimately using another person's personal information, User ID, and Password;
11. When a member posts obscene materials or links to obscene sites on their homepage or bulletin board;
12. When deemed to be in violation of other relevant laws and regulations.
Chapter 6 Miscellaneous
Article 18 (Prohibition of Assignment)
Members may not transfer or gift the right to use the Service or any other contractual status under the Use Agreement to another person, nor provide it as collateral.
Article 19 (Compensation for Damages)
This institution shall not be liable for any damages incurred by members in connection with services provided free of charge, except for damages caused by the intentional act or gross negligence of this institution.
Article 20 (Disclaimer)
① This institution shall be exempt from liability for providing the Service if it is unable to provide the Service due to natural disasters, war, or other equivalent force majeure events.
② This institution shall be exempt from liability for damages caused by inevitable reasons such as maintenance, replacement, routine inspection, or construction of facilities for service.
③ This institution shall not be liable for service disruptions caused by reasons attributable to members.
④ This institution shall not be liable for profits expected by members from using the Service or damages caused by materials obtained through the Service.
⑤ This institution shall not be held liable for the reliability, accuracy, or content of information, materials, or facts posted by members on the Service.
Article 21 (Jurisdiction)
If a lawsuit is filed regarding a dispute arising from the use of the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of this institution shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction.

1. Patient Rights
A. Right to receive medical care
Patients have the right to receive appropriate healthcare services for their health protection without infringement based on gender, age, religion, status, economic condition, etc., and medical personnel may not refuse treatment without justifiable grounds.
B. Right to know and self-determination
Patients have the right to receive appropriate healthcare services for their health protection without infringement based on gender, age, religion, status, economic condition, etc., and medical personnel may not refuse treatment without justifiable grounds.
C. Right to protection of confidentiality
Patients have the right to have their physical and health-related secrets regarding their treatment protected, and medical personnel and medical institutions may not disclose or publish confidential matters without the patient's consent or except as provided by law, such as criminal investigations.
D. Right to seek remedy for damages
If a patient's rights are violated resulting in physical, life-threatening, or monetary damages, the patient may request counseling and apply for dispute mediation and arbitration with the Korea Medical Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Agency (02-6210-0114, www.k-medi.or.kr).
2. Patient Obligations
A. Obligation of trust and respect toward medical personnel
Patients must accurately inform medical personnel of their health-related information, and trust and respect the treatment plans of medical personnel.
B. Obligation not to receive medical care by fraudulent methods
Patients must verify their identity before treatment, and shall not receive treatment by false or fraudulent methods, such as receiving treatment under another person's name.
