After repeated pregnancies and childbirths (weight fluctuations), my skin sagged, and the diastasis recti was severe.

Seeing that my skin did not bounce back even after losing weight and working out, I felt that it wouldn't improve no matter how hard I tried,

and I started to contemplate it because I wanted to return to my pre-pregnancy body.
